[b]Direction[/b] The research brand workshop process focused on identifying the common ground between all of the Robertson Surrette Group companies and uniting and defining the brandbehind one true message that could represent the entire company. The direction was simple - consolidation eliminates confusion. Revolve's task now was to define and develop the new, consolidated brand platform. [b]Ideas[/b] Roberston Surrette had HR professionals working in numerous industries and specialized niches including HR consulting, recruitment and career transition. But regardless of the specialty, every Robertson Surrette company had one thing in common - they helped their clients build great companies. Building Great Companies became the unified brand position. [b]Actions[/b] Working with the newly defined direction of one name, one brand, one message, Revolve helped Robertson Surrette develop a completely new brand foundation. We recommended Robertson Surrette as the brand name and developed a brandmark and identity, which reflects the heart and soul of the company. We also reworked and redesigned all marketing and communications internally and externally from print to direct mail to signage to online and wherever else the brand touched the consumer to deliver a clear, confident and consistent message.
