Revolve Helps Nslc Make It A Social Occasion Online

With the recent launch of myNSLC.com, the NSLC started a new conversation with its customers by creating a vibrant online community for anyone interested in new ideas, opinions and reviews about NSLC products.

As part of the launch strategy, Revolve worked with NSLC to open the door even wider for consumers to interact with the brand online through popular social media channels.

Revolve was tasked with managing all social media communications throughout the launch of the new website and developing messaging and content that would extend the experience of myNSLC.com to consumers whenever they wanted, wherever they are.

A Twitter account created a two-way dialogue between the NSLC and customers about favourite drinks, brands and events, and has been steadily gaining followers since its launch. A Facebook Fan Page built another direct connection with consumers through the popular social network, giving fans a new place to interact and join the discussion. Visitors to the Fan Page can find all of the rich media content from myNSLC.com including how-to videos, discussion questions, news and event updates and links to other relevant content. Video content was also added to a YouTube Channel, where experts from the NSLC share information on everything from the newest drink recipe to how Scotch is made. The YouTube channel not only reaches Nova Scotians, it makes content accessible to people all around the world.

By creating a new online community with myNSLC.com and enhancing the experience with social media, Revolve helped the NSLC revamp the way it communicates, sparking new and engaging conversations with consumers along the way.
