Revolve helps Salvation Army stuff stockings for Nova Scotian families
Revolve joined forces with the Salvation Army to provide a healthy dose of Christmas cheer this holiday season.
Every year, the Salvation Army holds a holiday fundraising campaign to provide food, shelter, clothing and toys to underprivileged families in Nova Scotia. Having raised $68,000 during last year's campaign, the bar was set to boost donations in an already very successful fundraising drive.
Revolve stepped up to the challenge to help the Salvation Army get its message out by wrapping the campaign with a creative twist; the Great Stocking Stuffer Election!
The Halifax celebrity-studded fundraising team members were branded as candidates in an election, whereby the candidate with the most 'votes' (donations) would win. The competition was covered online by the Elf News Network (ENN) and helped the campaign raise an unprecedented $140,000 – more than double the previous year!
We're always happy to inject our creativity into the holiday spirit!
