Our founder's passion is brand articulation and helping clients navigate the connection between a strong brand and corporate culture, employee behavior, customer experience and core values. Named one of Atlantic Canada's Top 50 CEO's, Phil is frequently quoted in national and local publications and speaks across Canada on the power of branding in business. Phil believes in determining the brand insight of every client before pencil hits paper and his commitment to background research ensures the heart and soul of every client shines through. Phil serves on the Board of Directors of the IWK Health Centre, Timbrkids Charitable Foundation, the Nova Scotia Hearing and Speech Foundation and the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia. A father of four and married to wife Heather, Phil's other passion is his boat, where he can often be found on a summer afternoon pretending to work.
