We don't know, but our Director of Finance certainly does. Wayne has almost 20 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with numerous organizations, including professional services firms. Wayne was born and raised in sunny Hawaii, moved to sunny California, where he graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) before beginning his finance career. After soaking up a lifetime supply of summer weather and traffic jams on the west coast, Wayne decided to see what it would be like to experience all four seasons, and moved to Nova Scotia. Wayne's natural ability to look at complex numbers, understand the story they tell, and translate what he sees into a clear picture ensures that our finances are as strong as the work we do for our clients every day. When Wayne isn't counting beans, he's counting beats as an avid barbershop quartet singer. While in California he was a founding member of a 120-man barbershop chorus, and he's even performed at the Hollywood Bowl. That makes him the closest thing to a celebrity we've met since that time we saw Ellen Paige downtown.
